Amazing Pho food!

Our Experience: Went in at 6:30pm on a Friday night with a family of four including 2 kids. There were only 2 other separate solo guest and we were the 3rd one. I'm not fancy so I didn't mind not to be greeted. Patiently waited for our turn, then after the waiter served the other guest he gave us the menu, he came back rather too quick but we weren't ready to order as it was our 1st time and weren't familiar with their menu. I ask kindly for a water as weren't ready to order. My words exactly " is it possible to have a water while deciding what to order". Thinking he's going to get us a water, he came back with "I'm sorry, my cook is leaving I cannot take your order it's a problem for me. Us being hungry we simply oblige and left. We Check Mama Hong across the street but they where packed. On our way back to our parking we pass by and saw new customers inside. We felt we were discriminated. We didn’t drove all the way just to experience that for the 1st time. Not our lost though. We found them through Yelp, we will end it through Yelp. Btw... I was looking for the traditional Pork or Chicken BBQ and it's not on their menu thus my 1 star.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience. I will definitely go back. There is much more on the menu I want to try.

If we only knew, I should’ve done my research thoroughly, but who would’ve guess, you searching for a good food, not for don’t want to serve family with children. Based on other reviews, confirmed! Unfortunately our 1st time 1st hand experience, this place is allergic to children, you’ve been warned! Never been so upset after checking the other reviews, don’t make it too late for you.
I don't know how I missed this little gem of a restaurant. Family run, it really is like eating Vietnamese comfort food. I had the vermicelli with chicken and egg rolls. It was delicious. The server was extremely sweet and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
