Hands down...BEST customer service I have experienced! The employees were beyond respectful, I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a customer, this is how it should be. Sadly, I wasn't feeling well and didn't have much of a desire to eat. The food tasted fine, i didn't order anything fancy, so I really don't want to rate the food. The 5 stars are 100% for the customer service. Thank you Susie for being an amazing waitress... The cashier was so sweet too, gave my 2 year old money for the game machine. Even the bus-man cleaning spoke with the most respect.
Although my good friend Isaac/Isaiah the manager is no longer there I still visit during the week for the Fried Chicken. Its a no nonsense diner with a low key bar in the back area. Perfect for discrete business meetings. However, the bar regulars are really friendly.
Great family restaurant. Very tasty comfort food and friendly service. They have a full service bar as well.
they're all super kind, very welcoming. I always seem to order french fries when I shouldn't so I sometimes like to substitute fruit for fries but Lance fruit has never been ripe I wish they would work on that now that there's a new owner. It seems senseless to serve fruit that's not ready to eat. But on Saturday nights it's T-bone steak night. I haven't had it bad Tbone yet from Lancer
