Don't believe them. They only use your trust to get money. The car I bought with engine light on within 3 weeks. They just kick you to the car fixing store where you pay more.
No vehicle is worth the hassle . They look trustworthy but disguise their hustling as incompetence by messing up all the paperwork and going back on their word. Two biggest things: They didn't include my trade-in information in the contract with my old vehicle description. They just wrote the value as a down payment instead. So when it came time to pay my monthly auto loan payment, they hadn't finished the payoff on what I owed and it resulted in a late loan payment. Next, They took over a month to establish the new car and title stuff to register the new vehicle. A month later you're stuck wondering when to make a car payment. Don't get suckered by the pastries!
Thanks to Stellar inc I now have an amazing ride. Somehow I didn't prioritize visiting them in the beginning of my list because nothing really stood out. Went to four other dealers all over LA to get so much bs and finally got here. They greeted me even though they were busy. The car I came for was at the storage so while waiting for it, I checked out their other cars. They have a cool inventory. Once they brought the Range Rover I was interested in, it was a bit dusty. They promised me a car wash if like the car so I decided to give it a shot. After a test drive, I want to take it to inspection to make sure all good. They allowed me to do it. It did have a few things that would need some attention in the future, but every car will. So we negotiated a little while and I bought the car on the spot. I like this place because they were easy to deal with. I will come back again and bring family.

Even though we did not get the truck we wanted, Oleg was very nice. He took his time to explain to us about our trade in and it's value. He let us take our time to make a decision if to make the trade in on a truck they have in inventory. We decided not to since what we were being offered was too low. But the staff are very friendly and do not pressure you on getting a car. We will definitely come back and purchase our next truck here!
