I bought a used police car from them, and they assured me that it was legal to drive. About a week later I was pulled over by a rude Highway Patrol officer, who stated that since the vehicle was black and white, it was illegal to drive. I even told the officer that I had every intention of painting the car, since black and white wasn't really my color... But he wrote the ticket anyways. Driving a black and white crown vic is illegal, and it is a $212 ticket... Which I was forced to pay, on top of the $900 paint job. Thanks, Off Price Cars. The officer said I should sue them, both for the cost of the ticket, and the cost of the paint job... But based on dealing with them for the hour or so I spent buying the car, I didn't want to even return.
