Contacting the original owner, who happens to be a repeat customer that lives in the area, and asking him if he could locate the second key. And then the added bonus of having the original owner personally deliver the second key to IMX so that Tiger can mail it to me!!! (who does that?)

I recently purchased a travel trailer from IMX. Their specialty is cars but they do sell RV's at times. We worked with Tiger Hakopian. Tiger is 100% excellent. The dealership is great. From the first time we walked in to the dealership to when we purchased (a month later) we were treated with respect, never rushed or pressured.
