This store is the most amazing! I had to modify my reservation on-line. Corporate did not transmit the change to the local store. When I got there , of course, there was no car waiting for me. Everybody pitched in and called nearby stores until they found the car I needed, got it washed and then drove me over to pick it up...all within the hour! Amazing. These guys are my favorites!
Selection was slim, the office made me and my traveling partner feel uncomfortable. Not as professional as we had hoped and it looks like they were living outside of it under a lean-to. I ordered a car online thinking it was going to be at the airport, we get to the airport to only find that Hertz we ordered from was a different office miles away. Luckily the gentleman at the airport Hertz offered to call them and see if they could pick us up, thankfully they were still an hour from closing (6pm) and said they could. The guy who picked us up was very nice and hospitable but was texting and driving while in Burbank, CA which made me feel very unsafe. The car we got smelled like cigarettes and was only a 1/4 full of fuel which luckily I took a photo of when I got it with the starting mileage at the rental place because when I turned it in the guy said I didn't fill it up all the way (I returned it with a half tank). I let him know it started off with only 1/4 tank of fuel and let him know I had a photo of it and he quickly said "oh okay, not to worry" I had to drop it off at 8am which they said they didn't open until 9am and one of the staff members offered to come in early and also take us to the airport.
The compact car we rented was very nice. It came wirh the Hertz gps which was a tremendous help getting around. The only complaint we had was the employee did not ask if we were Gold Hertz members and our reservation was missing our rewards # and it had to be reprocessed which took time. But he was courteous and handled it without complaint so we would get our credit for renting. Thank you!
It's our favorite Hertz location of all. My husband uses their cars for busses purposes. The prices are chip them other places.
These garbage ass Arabian Armenians are dumb thy ask the stupidest questions. They ask if I have my I.D. Or DL like why in the hell would I be coming to rent a car without my proof of eligibility. And another thing I have a bank card that runs as credit and debit but yet I can't use it cus it doesn't say credit on the bottom corner. These guys are a joke I just called a different hertz and they said it's ok. Pathetic customer service .
