Really great and knowledgeable people. Just picked up a 2016 Rocky Mountain thunderbolt. They let me know what I needed and help me get it! Just make sure you get it when you can because they are a steal!! Thanks Rob, Jimmy, and Christian!!
I continue to talk to my friend and tell him that it's going to hurt my pocket and that I was frustrated because this is another expense I have to add (deep dive about economics with my friend is pretty common) The coworker sitting on his lap top then said "you know what we don't need to do this then" he then calls his other coworker to ask him to stop working on my bike. I told him to finish and to keep out of my personal conversation.
VERY RUDE people.......we never seen it in our entire life, if they could hit us, they probably would do it. never ever again will go there.
I express that it's expensive because I've gotten it for 7 plus I add tip. He was super nasty and told me if I'd like he can charge me more to give me something to complain about (he wasn't joking he was just rude).
Got here on a saturday, currently outside while writing this. Shop closes at 7pm and i got here at 6:35 there were 2 people inside and door was locked and they wouldn't let me in.
The whole experience was unnecessary and rude.
I was a walk-in customer, and it took them a while to help me out. I was there before other customers. When I was helped, the guy seemed rushed. I asked him basic questions. He wasn't particularly friendly, but either way I decided to get a rack installed. He said it would be a few minutes to finish another bike... 15 minutes later, he asks me if I had decided on what I wanted, when I originally had told him I wanted to put a rack. The thing that irritated me is that other people came in after me and added a rack as well, left before me. I heard the guy in the back tell the guy to charge me for extra costs. When I payed it was double the price of the rack due to labor and added parts. The guy that rang me up was another guy and seemed pretty sneaky. He didn't go over what the costs and left out a few things, added that I need work on the bike and all. He told me the total and I had to question why it was double. I understand it's a business and profit is key, but giving the customer the price before is something that I prefer. Having second thoughts about this place. In all the total waiting time we spent was 45 minutes. It seems that if you have a high end bike they receive you with more attention, other wise you are just not taken serious about being their customer.
I am a new local and I hoped I found my spot because I'm on my bike all day... guess I didn't.
Had a flat tube. I asked the price they say 7 with 10 dollar service fee.
