Even if they are busy they will try to help you if they can with quick bike work and questions. Very helpful, even over the phone, and honest. They will tell you if the bike you want to fix up is just not worth the money it would cost. Very nice road bikes and very experienced people work here, it is always great to see them!
I've been going to Bicycle John's for 12 years. I have seen John, John and Jeff take extraordinary effort to help bicyclists of all ages and skills. Everyone gets attention as if they are the most important customer in the world. Experienced advice and friendly. Sometimes I'll just hang and watch them help out customers and have never seen someone oversold or shortchanged on attention. These guys are fantastic!
If you enjoy high prices and higher arrogance, this is your place. My most recent unpleasant encounter lasted less than 90 seconds and will certainly be my last foray into this place.
They helped me out three days in a row for my popped tire and janky wheel and were fair in their pricing. I really appreciate the kindness!
Worst experience ever. The skinny white haired older man was so rude. Told me I was "making this very difficult by asking questions" took my bike back and told him how rude he was and he told me to leave. More like bicycle rude!
