I will say this, the staff is very nice. The location and building are not great but, Burbank is older and I get that.
This is just not the customer service I would expect.
Went in for Botox as I had extended my visit in LA and couldn't wait to get to my place. I went in for my forehead and 11s. Was talked into more Botox than usually get and figured I would give it a few days before I would judge the lack of resuts. Well, after waiting 5 ( I did have to return home) I noticed the result was bad. I wrote in stating this and the response was "I am sorry to hear that, thank you for letting me know" So..... I am a new client, I tell you I am looking for a place for when I am in LA, you talk me into more and your response is, I am sorry.

I Absolutely Love Smooth Aesthetics. They always do whats best for my skin and not their bottom line.. My skin looks great and always natural. Margaret has a great eye for what your needs would be to look your "natural best". Her staff is always friendly and warm, I especially Love Andy.. I highly recommend them!! You won't be disappointed!!

Today, I get more Botox from another location within 2 weeks of receiving it at Smooth Medical.
I do a lot of business in LA and was looking for a place for Botox when I am in town. I googled these guys and read the reviews which was what swayed my decision to use them.
