Working 10 hour days and coming home exhausted, the last thing I want to do is house prep. But I followed through and I never regretted it. He brought in a home decorator specialist that gave us sound advice on how to arrange our furniture, where to touch up paint, how to stow outdoor tools and what are the industry best tips for selling houses. In the end, my house had multiple offers and sold over asking. Working with Brad feels like you are joining a team with a focus on team success.
