Adding to my previous review. I gave a package to a close person to send. The person whom I gave made a bad decision to send from this office again. He sent by registered mail internationally. 5 weeks and they even haven't left the US. There were VERY IMPORTANT documents there that if get lost, I will never be able to recover the originals. I hope I can file a case and find them eventually, otherwise, I am desperate. I don't know if it is their fault or the facility where it got stuck, but their post office workers are extremely rude. The last time I went there it was an asian woman, I think Philippine, extremely rude. After going there with the same question about lost package the second time she didn't bother to find out the facility postal code or phone number so that I could call them, just gave me the phone number of online package tracking. That's it. They promised it to be delivered in 10-14 days. Now it is 5 weeks, and the tracking shows it hasn't even left US. It is somewhere in NY. I'm afraid I lost those papers. I wanted them to get there in 2-3 weeks at most. I don't know what to do. I am desperate. It holds my plans back, but nothing to do. I wonder how indifferent and irresponsible can people be with their work. It's horrible what they do.
I made two orders by internet during the last one month. Both times I did not receive it. I do not know if it is their fault or the main office near Burbank airport, but their work sucks. They never try to help you when you have some questions, but refer you to the main office for any question.
Not friendly Customer support for mobile , but guaranteed delivery and amazing hard work for carrier employees.
Most of the time I get really good service. As usual though there aren't enough tellers working the counter. I would like to be able to get served as a handicapped person though. It's hard to stand on my feet for long periods of time. Otherwise I like the location and its employees very much
USPS can vary a lot by location - some areas great, others not so much. This is by far the worst USPS I've ever seen. Don't bother expecting a package to be delivered to your door even if that is specifically requested- they've blatantly stated to me that they're too lazy and will drop it off at your apartment office regardless. I spoke to management once (she clearly hated her job, herself, and everything around her) and she screamed on the phone and sounded extremely unstable. These people don't know how to do their job and they want you to know they hate showing up every single day. I almost feel bad for them.
That's HILARIOUS... "perfectly addressed from Florida to E Olive STREET". It's actually Olive AVENUE!!!!!! Personally if I have to conduct business with USPS I go to the Main Office on Hollywood Way (because it's closer to my work site). I absolutely adore the building itself and its history but it is VERY small compared to the Main Office. That being said, every time I've gone there the employees have been friendly and it appears that they're at least attempting to be productive and/or efficient. Lets all try to be friendlier with one another. Together we CAN make a difference in the world!
