These guys just came out to service my tank less water heater. They were AWESOME!! Completely knowledgeable about my Noritz brand and were able to show me what was wrong, what they did to fix the issue and how I can prevent my problem in the future. Less than a week after work was completed building inspector found they left construction debris under house and the toilet still leaking. Unable to get an itemized bill, demanded payment up front and now refusing to return calls or texts.

Plumber hired to do bathroom repair after major flooding. Quality of work was extremely substandard. Shower knobs loose, toilet leaked after they came out to repair twice. Finish work on tile substandard with missing, insufficient and sloppy grout. Bathroom door no longer closes properly. Workers never showed up on time and continuously left construction debris on front lawn.
