These guys are awesome! Walked in with zero knowledge regarding fish and walked out well versed in the subject. These guys are extremely helpful. They helped me pick out the right materials to start up my tank! They didn't use aggressive sales tactics like some of the other stores I've been too, but rather they were honest. They told me not to buy any fish and wait a certain period. Hands down, I want to say this was the best experience I've had when it came to making decisions in store. The staff is friendly and selection was vast.
This place is really amazing. The guys working in the store, are all professionals and provide great customer service. They helped me to get a 90 gallons tank then fish. Now I am very happy and satisfied with aquarium.
They have some intense Bubble Gum Digitata frags I've never seen so bright and colorful. But at $75 for a 1/2 in. single branch I couldn't do it.

Checked out UltraGem in Burbank today. Decent selection of the more common beginner fish and designer Clowns. Looked healthy. Good prices on CuC. Good amount of colored up SPS and LPS corals both colonies and frags. Everything was under blue LED only though, so hard to tell what they look like under full spectrum.
Customer service wise they were good. Greeted when I came in and offered service without being pushy. Knowledgeable as well.
