I called ahead to see if I needed to make an online reservation for a price and was told no-it would be the same $56.

Very cheap price - 8$ a day. Pretty secure for parking outdoors. Easy in and out. Short walk to airport.

No one was there when I arrived, car was blocking entrance and they didn't answer their phone. I probably won't be refunded my deposit either.

I reserved online and had no problems. Used a coupon for $5 off (thanku). It is a walk, but I walked it in less than 10 minutes. There were a lot nicer cars than mine parked there! The whole place is fenced except the entrance and there are security cameras.

Southwest seems to play off of Southwest Air, so one thinks they are affiliated. This is the worst parking lot I have ever experienced around the nation, and I travelled a lot for 10 years with my tech company. I reserved in advance on the web and paid ½, then arrived with some time to spare before checkin only to discover the lot is 3 lanes that are fenced off, running parallel to the street. Two lanes are for parking (parallel or angled in) and one lane for driving. When I arrived at 8 a.m., even the single middle lane was blocked and the one attendant was 15 cars away, moving one back, then moving the next back, then the next. After 5 min, thinking it would take him 20 min to get to me, I got his attention. He complained that I was coming back the next night (Sun) saying snarkily “Everyone leaves at the same time.” Then he makes me leave my keys to the car, so I couldn’t lock it myself… When I got back Sun night, after a 1 hour delay by SW Air, at 11pm, the new guy charged me wrongly, then couldn’t get the machine to work for a refund and had to call someone for help, who didn’t answer for the 2 calls. Then he tried different things and finally got my refund. Another 15 min wasted.. After, I had to walk almost a ½ mi, it seemed, to the end, to get my car myself. Hardly any light, so it must be scary for a woman (I’m a big guy)… I’ll pay more and use another lot, and will never even consider this lot again. You’ve been cautioned.

Then he tried to give me someone else's keys!

Then I was charged a full extra day for 4 hours. ($64) When I explained that I had called ahead I was told that I DID need to make an online reservation for that price. (Same attendant both days)

When I came to pick up my car the attendant was asleep and I had to wake him up!
