Theatre clean.. food good..
Burbank is a city with a lot of free parking in the downtown area, this theatre benefits from that. It's kind of tricky if you are mobility challenged. There is an elevator, actually a couple but they aren't easy to find. Theatre has good selection of films, and if you include the AMC 6 outside the mall, and the AMC 8 inside you can find a range of films from independent to first run. It is pricey for drinks and food, but it is surrounded by many restaurants and bars so if you can wait until you leave the movie, or tank up before you go in, you're golden. They have nice clean restrooms, and no lines usually.
* Theater #14 is the most comfortable place to watch a movie with their recliner seats.
The concession stand takes longer than ever now that they have added "gourmet" options. The nacho cheese is the most disgusting cheese I have ever tasted and I will no longer purchase them. AMC is only making me want to sneak food in with their horrible food and bad service.
The automated ticket machines only work half the time and are very difficult to use.
* The drink stations are self serve.
The only things I like about this theater are:
They are always understaffed and the Stubs line seems to go slower than the non Stubs line.

Huge theatre with lots of shopping and restaurants within the area. Theatre is clean,seats are comfy. Good choice of food items at the concession stand. Also has a bar if you want to grab a drink before or during your movie. One of the best theatres in the valley.
Love the location, there are restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, ice cream and so much more all conveniently located around this theater. Parking can be confusing and a bit hectic if you’re not familiar with the area. It is usually well maintained, unless it is really busy then the lobby can get a little messy but that is understandable. Bathrooms are clean and so are the theaters. Don’t fret if you have lost something, because the staff is very honest, and thorough during clean up of the theater. We have lost a phone, and left behind a purse, both were safe and sound at the lost and found. The stub rewards are so worth it, I recommend buying a membership, it pays for itself and then some in no time. The matinee prices are a little too high. Some staff can use to be a bit more friendly, but I take into consideration that might possibly be because the employees aren’t well taken care of by their Corporate Company, which is usually the case. I recommend this theater for family and everyone of all ages.
