Hardly anyone knew where anything was. They don't care about customers because they hate their job. Only person that truly helped was this elderly man who could barely walk. Everyone else didn't care.

Horrible customer service!!! I called 2x to follow up on the status of our order. Mind you, they called us but we missed it and when I called back, I got attitude from one of their customer service rep named Pamela. I told her I was calling back and she tells me "well the notes here say..." I get it, that's what it says on your end, BUT IF YOU LISTENED, I said I'm calling back. You could've told me what you said WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE. Second time was the day of delivery. I called and same thing, I got a response WITH ATTITUDE. Like come on, your job is customer service, you can help people without being a smart a** and without attitude. I'm only giving 2 stars because of the delivery people they had. Super professional and nice. No complaints. They were great! I ordered a fridge from Lowes instead of Home Depot thinking I would receive better customer service and boy was I wrong!!!! LOWE'S BURBANK, you need to train your reps better.

Their employees can only do one thing at a time. The guy at the windows/door section can’t even answer you a very basic question. I had to wait for 30 minutes still no help. So much about customer service. I would suggest you to bring your business else where.

Mario M. in lumber at the Burbank , CA store is a superb employee. When the particular size I needed for stakes and poles was not where it used to be, he saw me walking up and down the aisles and ran up to ask if I needed help. I described my project and he made suggestions that were far better than the items I had had in mind. I was mot impressed with the "can do" attitude and friendliness of this young man.

Be careful with their remodeling department. Most contractors by contractor's license law can not demand a down payment of over 10% of the estimated completed job. But since Lowes is an LLC (and have a specific type of bond) they are 1 of about 24 contractors in the state that is allowed take all of your money up front. They spent 5 months on a bathroom remodel that was promised to be two weeks, never finished, and Lowe's Corporate's response was "we understand that there was some delays." Since I had paid them $14,000 for a bathroom remodel up front I had no leverage. I was forced to go along with their incompetent Lowe's staff and subcontractors.
