When I spoke the the head of the department she refused to do even the slightest, minimal amount of work to try and fix the situation. She then asked me, "did you hang up on me?", I said "No." then replied "I'm going to say you hung up on me."
super friendly clerks
The clerk's office attendant Melissa did not want to accept a payment for fees from me, did not want to make a photocopy of a list of addresses that I'd needed and I'd asked politely for and was just plain rude..like she hated her job. Not to mention it was 4pm so she was ready to go hours ago and her attitude showed it. She was unhelpful, ignored me and my questions so I'd asked to speak with her supervisor. She kept refusing to get her supervisor for some reason although she was refusing to help me and take my payment, but then I finally I spoke with Teresa her supervisor. I was able complete my business and pay my fees with her. She seemed helpful enough, but then when I go into court to see the judge, these miserable court clerk's have left him a note on my file that he said was questionable, that the court is small and that I need to be nicer. It's really unfortunate that frumpy miserable court clerk's are not required to have manners, customer service skills, no level of professionalism or politeness just because of the attitude they take toward people coming into a courthouse if they're not an attorney it seems. Its even more sad that these off kilter bitter office workers would even try to influence and sway the outcome of my day in court by leaving the judge a unpleasant personal note about me. How unethical is that? Really.
I paid close too $500 in a cashiers check. They lost it and didn't notify me for months. They now expect me to pay over $1000 for their clerical error.
The building is a little creepy and old but it jas character. I had to pay a ticket because my tags were expired. Waited in line 10 minutes tops. The people in front of me had more complicated issues but the clerk on duty was quick, friendly and helpful to everyone. Easy, painless process.
No competent employees exist inside this building. Received two fix it tickets, could not have it corrected because useless systems don't show the tickets. Received correction receipt to take to 225 and no employees willing to help even with proof of correction. Useless tax dollars pay these salaries! Very rude, and poor use of money. Complete waste of human resources.
Incompetent Thieves.
