So she kept pushing him since he kept being lazy about it and eventually it became an altercation . When he finally returned the car he didn't connect the ac, broke one of the suspensions and didn't put all the parts back in the correct way. Please don't enable this lazy excuse of a mechanic . He will only waste your time and take your money .
Very reliable. He also does a good job. Very honest, and knowledgeable on automobiles. The only downside is he keeps telling you your automobile is going to be ready, and it never is on the date he said. I've always gotten it back a bit late. However, he is cheap and he does fix your automobile.
So if your OK with the price quoted for the specific work plus 1 to 2 hours of added charges at $65/hr.... and you don't mind checking there work right in the parking lot in front of him before you pay. than this place would be an good option for any mechanical job you cant do your self.
I believe that all mechanics have a level of price upping to increase profit. So establishing a relationship will show them that they can be fair because you will come back again and again.

An excuse of a shop and the owner is nothing but a coward. My mother took her crv to get her transmission fixed, but she needed it done quickly and paid 1100 upfront in order to get the job done in a week. After a week passed the owner still did not have it ready so my mother said it was ok if they took another couple days but the days kept passing and my mother really needed her car back .
I would suggest that you know lots about your car and the problem before bringing you car to Juan. I am very knowledgeable about my car and usually do all my own maintenance from changing the brakes to replacing the timing belt and water pump.
In this case i gave the job a go two are three times before realizing I needed to find some one with experience and the right tools. Based on some of the past reviews of his shop. I called Juan expecting a bit of a price upping games and time promising over and over,
The price was good EVEN with the surprise extra work needed that wasn't in the quote. I expected the work to take longer than he said so it was OK that it took an extra half day. just plan ahead for it.
