I left feeling heard and helped - temporary debit card in hand!
THANK YOU for doing your jobs and salvaging the relationship of a 15+ year customer.
Long story short - I had my wallet stolen overseas and needed to have a temporary debit card issued so I could do basic things like put gas in my car and buy groceries for my fridge that had been empty the past 2 weeks. Anyway, after going into another neighboring branch and explaining my situation I was rejected, not once, but TWICE without any attempts at further assistance to help me get access to my OWN ACCOUNT!
I came to this branch and the FSA/O Ana and her team were much more accommodating. Since my ID wasn't in the standard format they were used to receiving, Ana and her team instead took additional steps toward authenticating my customer status instead of straight turning me away. I had no problem with the added security provisos that were implemented because in the end I was able to get what I needed and they were able to maintain their security's integrity - WIN, WIN!
Worst customer service I've had at a B of A. I recommend you try a different branch if you want friendly service or need assistance.
After dealing with terrible customer service from another nearby BOA branch, I was able to come here and find the help I needed.

Dont come here.. Came in and there was 4 tellers.. Took than an hour to get to me and by that time there was only 2 tellers... Another 3-4 employees walking around in the back as if they have better things to do

Worst bank ever 2 tellers for 25 people..line to the door..complained to manager and got the blow off,like i was bothering her...dont waste your time at this bank
