Great prices (thought they are slowly rising) and really good food. Best thing is it's a local, family owned... community oriented. Been going sonce it was just one restaurant in Glendale. They deserve all the success they've had... including the line that stretches out the door and down the block at prime meal times.
Long lines in short time ! I've never been in such a long line that moves so fast. Amazing food, seems all natural. Great staff. They work hard to keep it clean. SPLIT your party to reserve seating or good luck !
Love, love, love Porto's! The lines are long, yes, but they are very efficient. Get there early if you can. I recently went before work to pick up a cake, got there 10 minutes before they opened and the line was almost to their back alley way! However, I was still in and out in 30 minutes.
I don't normally throw out reviews and say everything was great, but this time I have to. We tried 8 items and all 8 very tasty and had the right moisture. We will be back next weekend to try another 8 items. There was a line at the door. Don't let that drive you away. It goes fast and it is worth the wait.
Love love this place. They have something for everyone. We always go there for their pastries but things last time we went we tried some smoothies and they were fabulous! Long lines but worth the wait. Only down side... parking lot is not so great.
